Technology for businesses where trust is part of the product

Matchmaking is not only a matching problem. It is a service built on judgment, discretion, careful listening, follow-through, and the quality of the client experience.

Why this is different

I worked inside the matchmaking industry before becoming a technology leader, software architect, founder, and author. That combination gives me a perspective that is unusual in technology consulting: I understand both the service and the systems behind it. Technology should support the team, improve the client journey, protect discretion, and make good judgment easier. It should not reduce a deeply personal service to a score or remove responsibility from the people who understand the client.

Where I can help

A useful first conversation

Start with the part of the operation that feels slower, harder, or less reliable than it should be. The answer may be a better workflow, improved data, carefully chosen automation, responsible AI, or no new technology at all.
